CRRC and its Mexican partners jointly launched the "Green Energy Hubs," a public cultural initiative, simultaneously in Mexico City and Guadalajara. The five hubs are located at major rail transit stations with high passenger volumes, promoting sustainable mobility and offering cultural and interactive experiences to local residents and football fans from around the world.

Mexico City's Green Energy Hubs center around Tasqueña, the terminal station of the STE Light Rail, and connect with Xomali, La Noria, and Xochimilco stations to create an immersive experience. The hubs feature a train model exhibition, an intangible cultural heritage exhibition, an interactive photo area, and a public service area, and provide the public with complimentary "Green Initiative" brochures and refreshments.

In Guadalajara, the Green Energy Hub is located at the Tlajomulco Centro Station, the starting station of Light Rail Line 4. The hub's Chinese calligraphy experience area has become a popular attraction, with locals trying their hand at writing Chinese characters while experiencing the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
