Products & Service

Application:

The rail baseplate is a type of vibration reduction product under the rail, which adopts a combination of metal frame and rubber vulcanization. The rail baseplate is used to fix the rail on the track slab, and form a complete flexible connection between rail and track slab, which can buffer the impact force from any direction, secure the track installation. The rail baseplate mainly install on the viaduct, underground line, main line, depot line, turnout etc.

System Configuration and Part Functions:

Upper metal frame

The part located above the baseplate that reinforces and supports the structure of the rubber.

Rubber

Deform by compression or shear, provide medium or high damping effect, limit the lateral movement of the rail.

Lower metal frame

Fasten the rail baseplate to the sleeper or track bed by anchor bolts.
