Recently, the 7th China International Advanced Materials Industry Exposition (CIAMIE) was held in Harbin. CRRC highlighted its latest innovations in areas such as railway freight equipment and integrated solutions for vibration and noise reduction, through models, exhibits, and sand tables.
CRRC Qiqihar showcased the KM portfolio of coal hopper wagons, which are developed with new materials and designed specifically for heavy-duty coal transport. KM82, for example, features a lightweight carbon fiber composite body with a built-in anti-freezing and thermal insulation structure effectively reducing the risk of coal freezing. The KM98 model adopts a structure that features aluminum alloy riveting and external side columns, offering mature, reliable technology and easy maintenance.
Times New Material Technology (TMT) introduced its TTIS Digital R&D Platform, which involves four components: vehicles, tracks, bridges, and buildings. The platform provides customers with comprehensive solutions for vibration and noise reduction design, product development, construction guidance, testing, and lifecycle maintenance. These solutions have been applied in multiple urban rail transit projects in cities such as Beijing and Shanghai.
