Recently, the YINLV tourist train co-developed by CRRC Changchun and China Railway Harbin Group made its debut, offering middle-aged and elderly passengers a comfortable, high-quality journey.
The train consists of 18 cars, including 13 sleeper cars, 1 multi-purpose car, and 1 dining car, with a total capacity of 528 passengers. Each sleeper car has 10 four-bed compartments, equipped with ergonomic ladders to help elderly passengers reach their upper bunks with ease. The ceiling is elevated to make the upper bunks more spacious, eliminating the need to bend over, and the lower bunks are also elevated for convenient luggage storage underneath.
The multi-purpose car adds variety and enjoyment to the journey. The reading corner is equipped with a bookshelf, a sofa, and a display screen, creating a comfortable reading environment for passengers. It also features an interactive space for up to 20 people, offering various leisure and entertainment activities such as singing, fitness, and massage. Moreover, a smart healthcare room is a place where the elderly passengers can benefit from a spinal physiotherapy device, an AI scanner and the like.
