In 2010, the Company jointly established an international ISO9606 training base of welders with Harbin Training Center and possessed the quality of international welder training and examination internally.

With approval of China Ministry of Education, the national engineering practice education center between CSR Sifang and Beijing Jiaotong University, the national engineering practice education center between CSR Sifang and Tongji University started building in 2011 and became the first batch of construction unit of national engineering practice education center, which forcefully boosted deepen cooperation in terms of staff training, talent cultivation and delivery, practical training of student between the universities and the Company.
