Recently, Ningbo Metro Line 6 officially commenced operation, and the metro trains developed by CRRC ZELC have entered service on the line, connecting Haishu and Beilun districts.
At the initial stage of this project, 37 fully automated trains have been deployed, with a maximum operating speed of 100 km/h. The trains are equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous traction system and a separate return conductor rail system. The passenger compartments feature well-planned equipment layouts, carefully selected materials, and ergonomic design. The overall design takes into account fire safety, environmental protection, noise reduction, modularity, and lightweight construction, achieving a balanced integration of functionality, safety, sustainability, and lightweight design. These trains provide passengers with an improved travel experience.
To secure high-quality operation of Line 6, CRRC has set up a dedicated after-sales service team and tailored a service support plan aligned with the line’s operational requirements.
