On Jan. 8th 2010, 3:00 p.m., the company convened the meeting of publicizing “staff manual” and advancing the efficient culture construction in order to carry out the affairs of “staff manual” promotion and efficient culture construction successfully.
Mr. Gui Zukang, the Board Chairman and the Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Hu Haiping, the General Manager; Mr. Shen Shaoquan, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission; Mr. Hu Shengbin and Mr. Liu Jianhua, the Vice Presidents; Mr. Sun Yuchang, the Chairman of the trade union; Assistant General Managers, advisors, leaders of deputy general manager level, main leaders of various departments and representatives of staff totaled 133 persons participated in the meeting, and the meeting hosted by Mr. Sun Yuchang, the Chairman of the trade union.
At first, Mr. Shen Shaoquan arranged the affairs of “publicizing ‘staff manual’ and advancing the efficient culture construction” in the round. Then, the company held the ceremony of “staff manual” issuance and the leaders extended part of departments the “staff manual”. Subsequently, Luo Jing, the youth representative made a proposed speech titled “I cognize, I recognize and I implement”.
In the meeting, Mr. Hu Haiping and Mr. Gui Zukang made important speech about “staff manual” promotion, the significance of efficient culture construction and how to advance this project.
The meeting closed in the sound of reading “Grow together, Create together and Enjoy together” as the core conception successfully.
