On Sept. 2th, a delegation of 8 persons of Mr. Dong Baoqing-Deputy Director of Information Promotion Dept. of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Mr. Xiaping-Deputy Director of Hubei Economy and Information Commission visited CYR to investigate and research the information construction and development .
At 9 o’clock in the morning, Mr. Dong Baoqing-the deputy director held the discussion meeting in CYR, and Mr. Hu Haiping, the GM, Mr. Sunyong -Deputy Chief Engineer and the leaders from the relevant departments attended the meeting. Mr.Hu Haiping-the GM addressed sincere welcome to the visit and instructions of the group led by Mr.Dong-the deputy director in the meeting, introduced and reported the construction and information condition of CYR.
Deputy Director-Mr. Dong Baoqing gave a high comments to the information construction of CYR, he appointed, the construction of industry and information of CYR is with new concept, high level, small investment during the implementation and quick gains as well as practical doing, which is the typical example worth to be promoted in the sector. Detailed speaking, there are five highlights: firstly, it is the realization of design from 2-dimension to 3-dimension and to cyber simulation. Secondly，it is the construction of R&D flow system and standardization system. Thirdly it is the construction of knowledge base through the application of modularization design, and paying much attentions to the accumulation of knowledge. Fourthly, it is the integration of multiple design means. Fifthly, it is the realization of collaborative simulation design of multi-persons and multi-disciplines. At the same time, he has put forward three proposals: The first is to further optimize the system structure, clear up the concept model. The second is to kick off the overall budget management system as soon as possible. The third is to apply the information construction into operation and decision-making and information strategy on the basis of integration.
