Summary: This hopper car utilized for ore and limestone transportation is suitable for operating on China standard gauge railway. It is mainly comprised of car body, open-close mechanism and control device, bogie, brake equipment, coupler and draft gear, etc. The car body is of all steel welded structure and has four bottom doors which are designed to be simultaneously opened or closed from both sides. Unloading for one car is by manually-controlled pneumatically-operated means. The car adopts three-axle (class D) welding frame type bogie, air brake system with 120 type control valve, chain type hand brake, 13 type top operation coupler and MT-2 type draft gear.
