Summary: This special car is utilized for grossly oversized and very heavy goods transportation such as transformer, mill housing, etc., which is suitable for operating on China standard gauge railway. It is mainly comprised of one load-bearing frame, two middle underframes, four small underframes, hydraulic side bearing, bogie, brake equipments, coupler and draft gear, etc. The load-bearing frame is fabricated from side sills, center plate sill, and stay bars, and divides into two combination modes (empty and heavy load). And the car adopts two-axle (class E) welding frame type bogie, air brake system with 120 type control valve, chain type hand brake, 13 type top operation coupler and No. 2 draft gear.
