It is mainly comprised of headstocks, tank body, discharging device, bogie, brake equipments, coupler and draft gear, etc. The car body is of all steel welded structure without center sill, and the car adopts 40t axle-load low track force bogie, ECP brake system with EP60 type control valve, NSW type hand brake, F type coupler and SL-76 type draft gear.
