Summary: This special car is utilized for very heavy goods transportation such as large-size transformer etc., which is suitable for operating on China standard gauge railway. It is mainly comprised of a set of load-bearing frame, two sets of middle underframes, two sets of end small underframes, two sets of center small underframes, eight bogies, side bearing, lateral displacement device, guiding device, hydraulic device, brake equipments, coupler and draft gear, weighing device, electrical installation, etc. The load-bearing frame is fabricated from side sills, center plate guide sill, and connecting stay bars, and the guide sill adopt two structures of empty and heavy load. During over load, two side sills connect with the guide sill, which width is adjusted by staying bar to adapt to goods with different width and adjust the clearance between side sill and goods; during returning of empty car, two side sills connect with the guide sill to meet the outline gauge requirements of standard gauge locomotives. And the car adopts three-axle (class E) welding frame type bogie, air brake system with 120 type control valve, NSW type hand brake, 17 type coupler and MT-2 type draft gear.
