Mastering fatigue analysis and load simulation verification technology, we could make life management and system optimization for gear drive system,so that our company is a core corporation in this field among CRRC.

With over fifty years of experience in gear drive system,our company cooperated with foreign design company, developed wind turbine gearbox based on flexible shaft technology, including 1.5MW、2.0MW、2.5MW,and meet demands of any wind speed rate.1.5MW and 2.0MW gearboxes have already been mass assembled and put into use;2.5MW gearbox enter sample machine period;3.6MW gearbox finished design plan. Our company works with foreign company to develop VRS gearbox and paved a new way for gearbox in the future.

Our gearbox has been used in Shandong、Hebei、Inner Mongolia、Ningxia、Xinjiang、Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, supply clear energy and contribute for blue sky.
