Our company was founded by railway pioneer Zhan Tianyou in 1906,which was the first state owned railway factory at that time. Now, it is affiliated to China Railway Rolling stock Corporation(shortened form CRRC).

Locating at Changping District in Beijing city,our company covers an area of 960,000 square meters and owns over 1700 staff as well as 1146 many types of equipments which comprise 84 high quality NC machine tools, mainly about Heckter、BW、Gleason NC machining center, Longmen three-coordinate test center、Siemens 7.2MW  gearbox testing center and well model carburizing furnace. We have formed specialized production line with machining、testing and assembling and have pre-year producing capacity of 2000 railway gearbox、1000 wind turbine gearbox and screw compressor.

Following the spirit created by Zhan Tianyou—independently innovating and pursuing excellence—and the company will—breeding the world’s leading enterprise in mechanical drive system,our company insists on improving technology and forms two main production plates: gear drive system and compressor drive system referring to four main markets: railway transportation、wind turbine、oil machine and compressor. We successfully develop gearbox for 350km standard EMU,export gearbox for Bengal and Argentina, produce 1.5MW-2.5MW wind turbine gearbox for low wind speed rate land wind turbine generator、MW gearbox for oil machine and 120 cube screw compressor and compressor mainframe. Moreover, we research constant speed VRSgearbox and compressor mainframe, which provides a new way to improve the quality of wind turbine electric and leads a new direction to high efficiency respectively.

Our company has already passed ISO9001 quality management system、ISO14001 environment management system and OHASA occupation health and safety management certification.

With international cultural vision and technique platform, our company has three joint ventures:Sweden SKF、Germany Knorr、CARS, which are model in our country.
