Mr. SUO Jianguo, born in March 1969, is a Chinese national with no right of abode abroad. Holding a master’s degree and title of Senior Engineer, he serves as the Vice General Manager of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd., and Party Secretary and Chairman of Baoji CRRC Times Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. Mr. SUO Jianguo started to work in August 1991. He worked as Apprentice Engineer, Engineer and Deputy Director of the assembly factory of the Zhuzhou Electrical Locomotive Research Institute affiliated to the Ministry of Railways from August 1991 to February 1999; Vice Manager of Locomotive Department of the Siemens Traction Equipment Co., Ltd., Zhuzhou from February 1999 to June 2001; Project Manager of Product Development Department of Technology Center, Deputy Director of Technology Center and Director of Product Development Department of the Zhuzhou Electrical Locomotive Research Institute affiliated to the Ministry of Railways from June 2001 to August 2005; Deputy Chief Engineer, Deputy Director of Technology Center and Director of Product Development Department of the CSR Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. from September 2005 to March 2006; Deputy Chief Economist and General Manager of Locomotive Business Group of the CSR Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. from April 2006 to April 2010; General Manager/Chief Engineer, Deputy Director of Expert Committee and Director of Technology Center of the Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. from April to July 2010; General Manager of the CSR Locomotive Business Group and Vice General Manager of the Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. from July 2010 to December 2011; Vice General Manager, Chief Engineer, Deputy Director of Expert Committee and Director of Technology Center of the Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. from January 2012 to August 2020; Secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee and Deputy Director of Expert Committee of the Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. from September 2020 to September 2024; Vice General Manager of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd., and Party Secretary and Chairman of Baoji CRRC Times Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. from October 2024 on.
