Exceeding in growing steadily, and speeding in the transformation upgrade. Hunan Accelerating & Propelling New Industrialization Working Conference was held in Changsha on 29th of February. Mr Mei Kebao, the deputy secretary of Hunan Provincial Committee of CPC, and Mr Chen Zhaoxiong, the member of standing committee of Hunan Provincial Committee of CPC, vice governor of Hunan Province, attended the conference and addressed an important speech. CSR Times Electric won the 1st prize and CSR Times New Material won the 2nd prize for accelerating the process of Hunan new industrialization.
In 2011, although impacted by the fluctuating policies, slowdown in railway market, and intense competition in other industries, CSR Zhuzhou Institute focused on speeding up industry transformation, altering the production mode, restructuring industries, and promoting the process of “Two Type”, which have made outstanding contributions for the new industrial development in Hunan and set a good example.
