Recently, FXN3B 3000-hp energy-saving shunting diesel locomotives have obtained Manufacturing License of Railway Locomotives issued by National Railway Administration of the People’s Republic of China. This marks the locomotives of CRRC Ziyang joining in the “Fuxing China Rejuvenation” Family.
The certified FXN3B locomotive adopts dual power, i.e, diesel engine and power batteries. It succeeds to and expands the new-generation of technical platform for AC transmission diesel locomotives, with a power of 2,500 kw and the highest running speed of 100 km/h. The locomotive is equipped with 12V240H diesel engine and lithium titanate power battery, and reaches the 12V240H emission standard, hence advantages such as going green and environmental protection, energy conservation and being comfortable, reliable, safe and smart and suitable.
The company, dedicated to R&D and innovation of new energy locomotive technology for nearly 20 years, prides itself in strong technical force. So far, CRRC Ziyang boasts the manufacturing licenses of HXN6 and FXN3B hybrid power locomotives.
At the new historical starting point, CRRC Ziyang is making unremitting efforts in developing series products of new energy locomotives with China’s standards so as to make China’s railway transportation equipment more intelligent and environmental-friendly.
