CKD9C diesel locomotive is used for main line freight transportation on broad gauge railway. The locomotive consists of two identical cars A and B, which are in fixed multiple connection. The whole locomotive can be controlled uniformly in the cab of any one car. The locomotive is equipped with medium-speed diesel engines, with service power of 2×2430kW and maximum running speed of 100km/h. The locomotive adopts new technologies such as microcomputer control system, resistance braking device with full power self-load test function, etc. |
