In heat treatment technology sector, we specialize in R & D of different heat treatment techniques as well as quenching mediums, including carburizing, carbon-nitriding, induction hardening, soft nitriding, laser hardening, high-frequency quenching, austempering and so on. We have imported a pit-type carburizing furnace from AICHELIN, Austria , which can be used to carburize parts of 1 m in diameter and 1.5 m in height, and now is used to carburize different large-modulus gears. The middle-frequency induction oil quenching system developed on our own is able to induction quench gears of middle- and large-modulus, and full-width and full-profile hardening operation is possible on the system. This system is a most advanced one in China .
