The Technology of CRRC Changchun

CRRC Changchun owns the enterprise technology center of national grade jointly designated by the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, State Taxation Administration and General Customs Administration and the enterprise station for the post-doctoral studies approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and National Administrative Committee of Post-Doctoral Researchers.

At present, the technology center owns a scientific and technological team with the complete specialties, including 19 doctors, more than 230 masters, 19 professors and senior engineers and about 300 senior engineers, undertaking the scientific research and development of some products such as CHR, coaches and urban transit vehicles, etc.

The domestic first-rate technological center building that CRRC Changchun built and put into use in 2002 covers the building area of 14000 in the 6 floors where there are 1 multi-functional academic hall, 6 academic exchange rooms and modern office area for the technicians as welll as electronic sound and image system and video conference system equipped with electronci white boards, plasma TV screens and projectors. The center, with the elegant environment, first-rate facilities and advanced development means, has become the important base for development of the new products of the enterprise.

In 2008, CRRC Changchun is determined as one of the first 91 national innnovative enterprises by the Ministry of Science and Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and All China Federation of Trade Unions.
