Recently, TMT's first 220 onshore wind turbine blade successfully rolled off the production line, with a blade length of 107 metres, which is the second onshore Shagoe Wilderness ultra-long flexible blade launched by TMT after the 230 onshore blade type.
The blade profile Sweeping area is up to 36,000 square metres, equivalent to the area of five football fields. It is understood that the fan full hair operation for one hour, can make an ordinary new energy car driving more than 60,000 kilometres.
During the development of this blade, TMT wind power R&D team introduced the world's latest blade optimisation design concepts and actively explored new structural forms that can match high-power flexible blades. By changing the blade’s wind profile, improving the force state, and resolving the impact of turbulence fluctuations on the wind turbine, which can effectively reduce the impact of the load, so that this blade has excellent performance and reliable structural design safety margins, can better achieve the concept of wind power to significantly reduce the cost of electricity.
