On 10th January, TMT’s first 120-metre-class super-large offshore wind turbine blade was successfully rolled off the production line at the company’s wind turbine blade factory in Sheyang, which is the longest length and the largest pitch circle of TMT’s current output.

In order to guarantee the smooth output of the first 120-metre-class super-large offshore wind turbine blade, the company’s wind power products division and Sheyang factory made a comprehensive arrangement and set up a team with rich experience and excellent skills. The equipment protection team worked night and day to seize the work schedule to ensure that the moulds were put into production quickly after arriving at the factory. The technical quality management team organised technical, quality and process training for the production staff. The process team stays at the production site 24 hours a day to solve technical problems and unexpected problems at any time. The transport team organises the fleet to measure, survey and plan the route of the blades in advance, and reforms the local roads to ensure the normal shipment of the blades.

In the past two years, TMT has built 110m+, 120m+ and other super-large wind turbine blades in the field of wind power industry. Every extension of the blade length represents TMT’s extreme pursuit of technological breakthrough and production enhancement.
