TMT enteredwind turbine blade industry in 2006 and the Wind Power Product Division was established in January 2008, focusing on the research and development, production, sales, and maintenance and operation services of wind turbine blades.
Withmore than 10 years of development, TMT has become a well-known blade supplier in the industry and one of the few domestic wind turbine blade enterprises with an independent research and development system. We have a manufacturing capacity of over 4,000 sets of blades per year, covering the East, South, West, and North regions of China, as well as a capacity layout suitable for offshore and overseas supply. We rank second in market share domestically and are listed among the top three globally. Positioned as one of the most competitive blade suppliers worldwide, our products are sold in regions such as Europe, South Asia, and the Americas.
The Wind Power Product Division is equipped with a team whose technical capabilities have reached international leading levels, and it has made significant achievements in new technology researched. We are a global leader in anti-icing technology, besides,other technologies like vortex generator technology, blade aerodynamic noise reduction technology, carbon fiber blade technology, polyurethane blade technology, and blade root pre-fabrication technology have reached the leading level domestically. We have won a number of awards, including the Third Prize for National Energy Technology Progress, the First Prize for Science and Technology Progress in Hunan Province, the Second Prize for Science and Technology of CRRC, the First Prize for Science and Technology of CRRC, the First Prize for New Energy Science and Technology Progress of Renewable Energy Society of Hunan Province in 2020, and the First Prize for Science and Technology of Renewable Energy Society of China.
In accordance with the four principles of quality management "specialization, systematization, internationalization and excellence", we have shaped the enterprise quality culture of "high-skilled staff, data-based decision and movement, systematic prevention and the pursuit of excellence", and have established a sustained and stable quality management system, and successively passed and maintained the ISO9001 quality system certification. The Division has imported TS16949system and APQP4 wind management standard, and has successfully joined the APQP4 wind organization. The overall quality management system has been running effectively with certification audit and factory inspection from many customers both at home and abroad; A number of products have passed the certifications from DNV-GL, TUV, China General Certification Center, China Classification Society and other domestic and foreign authorities.
