Mr. Cao Weichen,Deputy General Manager of the Company and the Party Secretary and the General Manager of the Wind Power Department
Cao Weichen, born in October 1983, has Chinese nationality without right of abode abroad. At present, he is the Deputy General Manager of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., LTD. and the Secretary of the Party Committee and the General Manager of the Wind Power Business Unit. He joined the Company in August 2007. From August 2007 to June 2011, he served as the Intellectual Property Officer of the Technology Management Department of Time Electric. From June 2011 to April 2015, he successively served as the sales manager and the Director of the Sales Division Two, and the Director of the Bullet Train Tractor Marketing Section of the Railway Business Department. From April 2015 to January 2016, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the Railway Business Department. From January 2016 to March 2020, he succesively served as the Deputy Director and the Director of the General Manager's Office of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., LTD. From March 2020 to October 2020, he served as the General Manager of the Urban Rail Department of Time Electric. From November 2020 to November 2023, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Time Electric. From November 2023 to August 2024, he served as the Assistant to the General Manager of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., LTD. and the Secretary of the Party Committee and the General Manager of the Wind Power Department. Since August 2024, he has served as the Deputy General Manager of the Company and the Party Secretary and the General Manager of the Wind Power Department.
