Mr. Ding Rongjun, Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chief Scientist of CRRC

Mr. Ding Rongjun, Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chief Scientist of CRRC,  and Deputy to the 18th and 19th CPC National Congress, was born in November 1961, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. Mr. Ding graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University, majoring in electric locomotive, holds PhD degree in engineering and the title of professor-level senior engineer. He was offered employment in August of 1984, and served as Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of CSR Zhuzhou Institute from January 2008 to December 2008 and the General Manager and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of CSR Zhuzhou Institute from December of 2008 to June of 2009. From June of 2009 to November of 2015, he was the Executive Director, General Manager, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company. From December 2015 to October 2016, he was the Chairman and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company. From October 2016, he served as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Company. From August 2017 to June 2018, he was the Chairman and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company. Mr. Ding is a prominent and leading expert in the field of high power railway transportation electric traction drive and train network control technology with abundant experience in technology and business management, and also the vice-chairman of the SAC/TC278 Traction Electrical Equipment and System Standardization Technical Committee, member of CSR expert committee, and the part-time professor of Southwest Jiaotong University, Central South University and Tongji University. Mr. Ding has been awarded the Locomotive Medal of Ministry of Railway, the 7th Zhan Tianyou Railway Science and Technology Achievement Prize, the railway technology achievement prize of Mao Yisheng Science and Technology Awards. In addition, he is the state-level person selected of New Century Talents Projects and the national model worker.

Mr. Li Donglin,Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company

Mr. Li Donglin, Deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, was born in December 1967, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. Mr. Li graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with Bachelor degree in electric traction and drive control and gained his master degree of management science and engineering from Hunan University. Furthermore, he holds the title of professor-level senior engineer. He currently serves as the Chairman and Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute. After graduating from the university, Mr. Li joined in Zhuzhou Institute in July of 1989. He served as the Deputy Chief Engineer, the Deputy General Manager of Rail Traffic Division, the Director of the Manufacturing Center, and the Deputy General Manager of Marketing Center and etc. of Zhuzhou Institute over the years. He worked as the Marketing Director of Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd. from September 2005 to December 2007, Vice President and Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd. from December 2007 to December 2009, Executive Director and General Manager of Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd. from January 2010 to December 2015, and the General Manager, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Company from December 2015 to June 2018. Since June 2018, his has been the Chairman and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company.

Mr. Shang Jing, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Company

Mr. Shang Jing was born in August 1977, Chinese nationality, and has no foreign right of abode. He has gained a doctor's degree and holds the title of professor-level senior engineer. He now is the General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Shang joined CRRC Zhuzhou Institute in July 2003, and successively served as Engineer of the Technical Center, then Director and Deputy Director of the Industrial Drive Department of Times Electric from July 2003 to May 2011，Deputy Director and Director of the Foundation and Platform Research and Development Center, and Deputy Chief Engineer of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute from May 2011 to January 2016, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of Times Electric, and Deputy Director of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute from January 2016 to September 2020, a Member of the Leadership Group of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute and the Executive Director and General Manager of Times Electric from September 2020 to May 2024. He has been the General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the company since May 2024. Mr. Shang Jing, who receives special government allowances from the State Council, was selected as a youth talent of Ten-Thousand Talents Program. He has been honored with one Second Prize of National Technology Invention Award and three China Patent Gold Awards.

Mr. Li Lue, Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Company

Mr. Li Lue was born in January 1969, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He has gained a master's degree and holds the title of professor-level senior accountant. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Li has rich financial knowledge and management experience. He began to work in July 1990, and successively served as Account of the Car Body Branch, Assistant Accountant, Accountant, Deputy Director of the Finance Division, Director of the Restructuring Office, and Director of the Auditing Division of CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. From March 2006 to December 2010, he successively served as Chief Accountant, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer of CRRC Shijiazhuang Co., Ltd. From December 2010 to May 2019, he served as Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Guangzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. Since May 2019, he has been the Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Chen Jian,Deputy General Manager of the Company

Mr. Chen Jian was born in September 1972, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He received Bachelor of Engineering and MBA from Shanghai Tongji University and Central South University, and holds the title of senior engineer. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen has been in charge of enterprise management and marketing for many years with keen market insight and rich market management experience, as well as strategic thinking and practical experience in capital operation and international operation. He took part in work in August 1995, and has successively served as General Manager of Zhuzhou Jierui Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. from July 2001 to January 2004, Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Zhuzhou Times Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. from February 2004 to December 2008, General Manager of Marketing Center of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. and General Manager, Deputy General Economist, Marketing Director and Deputy General Manager of Baoji CRRC Times Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. from July 2005 to November 2017. Since November 2017, he has served as Deputy General Manager of the Company. In his career, he has won Hunan Management Innovation Award, the first price of Hunan New Industrialization and other awards.

Mr. Zhang Xiangyang,Deputy General Manager of the Company

Mr. Zhang Xiangyang was born in December 1975, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He has gained a bachelor's degree and holds the title of professor-level senior engineer. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang joined our company in August 1998 and has successively worked in the After-sales Service Department, Human Resources Department, R&D Center, and Rail Traffic Division of the Company. From December 2004 to July 2009, he served as Director of Human Resource Department of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd., from April 2009 to February 2018, he successively served as Deputy General Manager of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. and Baoji CSR Times Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., General Manager of Baoji CSR Times Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., General Manager of Rail Engineering Division, Deputy Chief Economist of Times Electric. From February 2018 to August 2020, he served as Deputy General Manager of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. Since September 2020, he has served as Deputy General Manager of the Company.

Mr. Liu Haitao,Deputy General Manager of the Company

Mr. Liu Haitao was born in November 1976, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He has gained a master's degree and holds the title of professor-level senior engineer. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu joined our company in November 2002. From September 2005 to January 2012, he successively served as Engineer of the Industrial Drive Department, and Leader of the Medium Power Converter Team of Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd. Technical Center. From January 2012 to January 2014, he successively served as Leader of the Medium Power Converter Team of the Industrial Drive Department of the Foundation and Platform Research and Development Center, Director Assistant, and Director of the Industrial Drive Department of CSR Zhuzhou Institute Research Institute. From January 2014 to February 2018, he successively served as Deputy Director and Director of the Rail Traffic Technology Center of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Times Software. Mr. Peng Miaomiao,Deputy General Manager of the Company

Mr. Peng Miaomiao was born in April 1978, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He has gained a bachelor's degree and holds the title of professor-level senior engineer. He currently serves as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Peng joined our company in July 2001. He successively worked in the Human Resource Department and the Manufacturing Center. From July 2005 to February 2016, he successively served as Director of the Engineering Department of the Manufacturing Center, Director Assistant, Executive Deputy Director, Director of Times Electric. Mr. Wang Peng,Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company

Mr. Wang Peng was born in March 1976, with Chinese nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He has gained a doctoral degree and holds the title of senior engineer. He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang was offered employment in August 1998. From August 1998 to December 2003, he worked in Shenzhen Petrochemical Plastic Group and Zhuzhou Times New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. successively. Mr. Xu Shaolong,Member of the Leadership Group of the Company and the Executive Director and General Manager of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd

Mr. Xu Shaolong was born in September 1984, with China nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He graduated from Zhejiang University with a master's degree in electrical engineering and Central South University with a doctor's degree in transportation engineering. He holds the title of senior engineer. He currently serves as a Member of the Leadership Group of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. and the Executive Director and General Manager of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. Mr. Xu Shaolong started his career in August 2006. From August 2006 to April 2014, he successively served as the engineer of the Technology Center of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric and Research Institute. From April 2014 to June 2017, he successively served as the Leader of the System Technology Team of the Transmission Control Department, and the Director of the Transmission Control Department, Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Technology Center. From June 2017 to February 2018, he served as the Deputy Director of CRRC Times Electric Rail Transit Technology Center, and from February 2018 to October 2020, he served as the Director of CRRC Times Electric Rail Transit Technology Center. From November 2020 to December 2021, he served as the Deputy General Manager of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric. From January 2022 to June 2022, he served as the Assistant to General Manager and General Manager of the Industrial Development Division of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute. From July 2022 to February 2023, he served as Assistant to General Manager and General Manager of the Integrated Energy Division of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute. Mr. Mei Wenqing,Deputy General Manager of the Company

Mr. Mei Wenqing was born in July 1982, with China nationality, and without the right of residence abroad. He graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and automation and a master's degree in electrical machinery and electrical appliances. He holds the title of senior engineer. He currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., Ltd. Mr. Mei Wenqing started his career in April 2007. From April 2007 to January 2012, he successively served as the software designer of the Transmission Control Department and the Industrial Transmission Department of Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Technology Center. From January 2012 to February 2014, he successively served as the Leader of the Control Software Team and the Leader of the Asynchronous Motor Control Team of the Foundation and Platform R & D Center of the Institute. From February 2014 to March 2016, he served as the Director of the Converter Control Platform Department of Foundation and Platform R & D Center of Research Institute; from March 2016 to March 2018, he served as Deputy Director of Foundation and Platform R & D Center of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute; from March 2018 to October 2020, he served as the Director of Foundation and Platform R & D Center of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CRRC Zhuzhou Institute). Mr. Cheng was offered employment in August 2003. Mr. Cao Weichen,Deputy General Manager of the Company and the Party Secretary and the General Manager of the Wind Power Department

Cao Weichen, born in October 1983, has Chinese nationality without right of abode abroad. At present, he is the Deputy General Manager of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., LTD. and the Secretary of the Party Committee and the General Manager of the Wind Power Business Unit. He joined the Company in August 2007. From August 2007 to June 2011, he served as the Intellectual Property Officer of the Technology Management Department of Time Electric. From June 2011 to April 2015, he successively served as the sales manager and the Director of the Sales Division Two, and the Director of the Bullet Train Tractor Marketing Section of the Railway Business Department. From April 2015 to January 2016, he served as the Deputy General Manager of the Railway Business Department. From January 2016 to March 2020, he succesively served as the Deputy Director and the Director of the General Manager's Office of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., LTD. From March 2020 to October 2020, he served as the General Manager of the Urban Rail Department of Time Electric. Mr.Li Peng,Deputy General Manager of the Company

Li Peng, born in December 1981, has Chinese nationality, without right of abode abroad. In July 2004, he graduated from the Southwest Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation. In December 2016, he graduated from the Zhejiang University with a master's degree in Electrical Engineering. He has been a Senior Engineer. At presnt, he is the Deputy General Manager of the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Co., LTD. He joined the Company in August 2004 and successively served as the Chief Designer of the Converter Technology Department of the Technology Center, and the head and Deputy Director of the System Department. From April 2014 to April 2016, he worked in the China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. From March 2017 to January 2019, he served as the Deputy Director of the Product Management Center of Times Electric. From January 2019 to January 2021, he served as the General Manager of the Railway Business Department of Times Electric. From January 2021 to February 2022, he served as the Deputy Chief Economist of Time Electric and the General Manager of the Railway Business Department. From February 2022 to August 2024, he served as Deputy General Manager of Time Electric. Since August 2024, he has served as the Deputy General Manager of the Company.
