Mr. Cheng Jian,Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Company
Mr. Cheng Jian was born in January 1981, with Chinese nationally, and without the right of residence abroad. He has gained a master’s degree and holds the title of professor-level senior engineer. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CRRC Zhuzhou Institute). Mr. Cheng was offered employment in August 2003. From May 2010 to August 2020, Mr. Cheng successively served as Secretary of the Logistics Department Party Committee, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Project Management Center, Minister of the Human Resources Department (Department of Party Committee Members), Director of the Party Committee Organization Department, Secretary of the Human Resources Department Party Branch of CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., General Manager of CRRC ZELC Europe, and Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of Vossloh Locomotives. From August 2020 to September 2020, Mr. Cheng served as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., and Executive Director, Deputy General Manager, Minister of the Human Resources Department (Department of Party Committee Members), Director of the Party Committee Organization Department, and Secretary of the Human Resources Department Party Branch of Vossloh Locomotives, and General Manager of CRRC ZELC Europe. From September 2020 to December 2023, he serves as Deputy General Manager of CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd., and Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of Vossloh Locomotives. Since December 2023, Mr. Cheng has served as Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Company.
