CRRC Information Technology Co. Ltd. (short as CRRC InfoTech, former Beijing THSoft Information Technology Co. Ltd), founded in 1998, is a high-tech joint venture with industry-university-research cooperation, built by the CRRC Corporation Limited (short as CRRC) and Tsinghua University. As one of the core subordinate enterprises in CRRC, CRRC InfoTech stands for the main force role in doing informatization construction, providing IT support for global development of CRRC. Meanwhile, CRRC InfoTech is the industrialization unit of the National Enterprise Information Application Support Software Engineering Technology Research Center, and the ‘window’ of Tsinghua University on scientific research achievements transformation, leading the informatization construction mission for the states.
