Enterprise financial capacity: the registered capital of the company is RMB 951,530,000 Yuan, and the total amount of assets is RMB 3,030,690,000 Yuan (by the end of Feb. 2016).

Production capacity: the number of newly manufactured freight cars is 5000 sets per year, that of maintained freight cars is 15000 sets per year, that of forged axles is 20000 pieces per year, and that of brake fittings is 20000 pieces per year. It is the leading enterprise of railway freight wagons maintenance and the key enterprise of new freight wagons manufacture.

Technical level: in recent years, the company continuously increases the investment in technical reformation, and organizes to carry out the thorough technical reformation by right of planning and construction of the new plant with characteristics of “high conception, high starting point and high level”. Abiding by the guideline of “Ensuring the process by equipment, ensuring the quality by process, and ensuring the safety by quality”, the production lines of newly manufacture and maintenance of freight wagons adopt multilevel U-type process pattern to greatly improve the production efficiency on the basis of ensuring product quality. Both the process technology and equipment level of two production lines reach the international leading level of the same trade, which greatly improve the competitive power and popularity of the enterprise. The company continuously increases the category of overhauled products, achieved the renewal of overhauling 70t freight cars, and acquired overhaul qualifications for 10 kinds of vehicles including P70 general covered wagon, NX70A common flat wagon, etc., and enriched the category of newly manufactured vehicles, and completed the product upgrading of newly manufactured freight cars to the 80t grade. The sample vehicles of C80E general flatcar and GQ80 light tank wagon are in trial manufacture in batches. It becomes one of the manufacturers of the first batch of 80t freight cars.

Management level: in recent years, the company continuously develops management improvement work which takes basic management promotion, special improvement, lean production and information construction as the key points. By learning the advanced management conception of Formosa Plastics, innovating in management thinking and work carrier, establishing and implementing the 3-grade inspection mechanism, the company improved management efficiency and effect. Meanwhile, the company actively promotes the information construction and formally applies “Formosa Plastics” and SAP project, which make the management process of enterprise more standard and reasonable. The company continuously develops lean production work, and the field management level is improved constantly, the construction ability of lean team is improved constantly, and the lean management conception is deeply rooted among the people, which make the company become a lean production enterprise with 3-grade standard. Moreover, the company earnestly implements the CRRC’s general requirements concerning building a lean management system which takes “6621 operation management platform” as the core, promotes the enterprise to step into a new step of lean management. The company’s management innovation project of “Establishing Long-term Mechanism of Management Improvement” was awarded the First Prize of Management Innovation by Liaoning Enterprise Confederation, Shenyang Enterprise Confederation and the original China CNR Corporation Limited successively, and the project of “Long-term mechanism construction of system management which takes improving executive force as the purpose” was awarded the Second Prize of National Enterprise Management Modern Innovation Achievement.

Scientific research capacity: the company always pays high attention to technical innovation, abides by the market-oriented conception, increases the investment in research and development, expedites the construction of research and development team, finally, achieved the obvious progress of research and development team, self-innovative project and achievement in research and development. The company consecutively developed GHA70A Paraxylene Tank Car, TB2 Dinitrogen Tetroxide Insulation Tank Military Truck, GSA70 Aluminium Aquafortis Tank Car; the rail replacement job train set manufactured for Beijing Metro Company has been put into service; four kinds of developed products of Tasmania Railway have entered into the international market successfully and become a main supplier in Tasmania, Australia; the bogie with low wheel-rail dynamic force is determined as the main bogie of Tasmania Railway; the company’s research and manufacture project of railway freight wagon series exported to Tasmania, Australia won the Second Prize of CRRC Science and Technology in 2015; the self-researched and self-manufactured 500-meter-long rail transport train set ever won the First Prize of Technological Progress of Ministry of Railway and the Second Prize of National Technological Progress. The developed rail gather & move guide and rail move system of long rail transport train set have passed the main track test and achieved the upgrading and renewal of long rail train.
