On March 26, the 4th China International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Industry Exhibition grandly opened, with TMT making a striking appearance. TMT presented a range of self-developed products, fully participating in CRRC’s comprehensive green hydrogen production solutions, and demonstrating its commitment to driving the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry through innovation.
At the exhibition booth, the company unveiled the research results of “CRRC’s Independent Development of Key Technologies for Diaphragms and Gaskets.” The display attracted a large audience and drew strong attention from professionals across the industry.
The PPS diaphragm, a crucial polymer component in alkaline water electrolysis hydrogen production systems, functions to separate the anode and cathode gases while allowing free ion transport, making it vital to system performance and safety. TMT’s independently developed PPS diaphragm features high gas tightness, low surface resistance, and long service life, ensuring the electrolyzer operates with high efficiency and stability.
PTFE sealing gasket, another key component in alkaline water electrolysis systems, primarily serves to seal and insulate the electrolyzer cell body. TMT self-developed PTFE gasket exhibits excellent compressibility, resilience, and low creep relaxation, along with strong adaptability under dynamic conditions and long-term sealing stability, thereby ensuring safe and reliable operation of the electrolyzer over an extended period.
At present, TMT has established a series of product solutions covering electrolyzer sealing assemblies, PPS diaphragms, and hydrogen supply systems. As the global energy transition continues to accelerate, hydrogen energy is becoming a pivotal force in achieving a zero-carbon future.
