Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of 2025 Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution projects after an open competition for selecting the best candidate. CRRC ZELC's "Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Solution for Rail Transit Equipment" was successfully selected. This not only signifies the company's responsibility to create replicable models and promote industry upgrading, but also marks a critical step for China's rail transit equipment industry in transitioning from "intelligent manufacturing" to "intelligent operation and maintenance."
The solution builds a closed-loop intelligent operation and maintenance management system, thanks to intelligent sensing, AI pre-warning, and digital twin technologies, so as to address passive maintenance and high costs.
In the future, the company will deepen AI integration with rail transit maintenance through industrial synergy, driving the transformation from “reactive repair” to “proactive prevention” and providing new quality productive forces for manufacturing sector.
