Recently, CRRC ZELC hosted a Chinese Cultural Experience Day for the "Mexican Friends". When traditional Hanfu met suit, lacquer fans blended with warm enthusiasm, and dumplings wrapped in friendship, a cultural feast transcending mountains and seas was etched into shared memories amid laughter and joy.

At the beginning of the event, young people dressed in Hanfu and qipao welcomed the guests from Mexico with traditional gestures of fan and fist-and-palm salutes, all set to the soft strings of guzheng piece "Moonlight over the Spring River".

Following this, mixed teams of Chinese and Mexican participants embarked on a "garden-style exploration journey through various workshops. In the Craftsmanship Workshop, flowing lacquer dripped onto round fans, creating uniquely vibrant patterns, scissors glided through red paper, cutting out the lively characters Fu (福”in Chinese means fortune) and the image of pandas.

In the Ancient Charm Living Workshop, the fragrant scent of mugwort wafted through the air as everyone crafted health-boosting mugwort hammers, experiencing the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Brushes danced across lanterns, bringing Chinese aesthetics to life. In the Brush and Ink Wisdom Workshop, Mexican friends picked up brush pens to write the characters of "Fu" and "You" (友”in Chinese means friendship). Faced with the intricate Luban locks, they teamed up to tackle the challenge, unraveling the ingenious brilliance embedded in ancient Chinese wisdom.

As evening fell, the "dumpling banquet" became the highlight of the event. CRRC ZELC employees paired with Mexican friends, offering hands-on guidance from rolling out the wrappers to folding the fillings.
