On September 28, the second phase of Shenzhen Metro Line 16 started initial operations, marking expansion of the service for trains developed by CRRC ZELC. This extension not only significantly enhances travel convenience for residents in Henggang and Yuanshan areas but also injects new momentum into promoting regional transport connectivity and driving urban renewal along the route.
On September 29, the second phase of Guangzhou Metro Line 13 (Yuzhu–Tianhe Park), the second phase of Line 14 (Lejia Road–Jiahe Wanggang), and the Guangzhou East Station section of Line 11 simultaneously started operations. Among these, the metro trains developed by CRRC ZELC are deployed on Line 14 Phase 2 and Line 11, injecting strong momentum into Guangzhou’s "Bay Area on Rails" initiative through self-developed green and intelligent rail transit solutions.
