On September 24, the 4th International Summit on the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) Applications opened in Zhuzhou. CRRC ZELC presents its independently-developed solutions including BDS application systems, intelligent equipment, and rail transport.
In the "Rail Transit" section of the Preliminary Hall exhibition area, visitors are greeted by the dynamic demonstration of the "BeiDou-Based Intelligent Management and Control System for Urban Rail Transit" independently developed by CRRC ZELC.
The regional type D mutliple units, displayed in the Hunan exhibition area, is a new, independently-developed solution from CRRC ZELC. In response to national urban agglomeration initiative, it combines the advantages of high-speed trains and metro vehicles.
The CRRC exhibition area presents models of CRRC’s innovations, including the Fuxing CR450AF EMU, the Fuxing Plateau Dual-Source Power Concentrated EMU, the TSI-compliant double-decker EMU, the Xicheng Rail Transit Line S1 train, Shenzhen Metro Line 11 trainset, the Changsha Maglev Express train, the five-module energy storage tram, the Autonomous Rail Rapid Transit (ART) system, the rail defect detection vehicle, and the Intelligent Rail Express System.
The real-vehicle exhibition area, under the theme of "Pillars of National Strength", displays two Fuxing bullet trains alongside The Deepsea Chanllenger—China’s manned submersible, also known as Fendouzhe in Chinese and China aerospace models.
