The "Five-Star Card" refers to the new version of the Permanent Residence ID for foreigners, officially issued and put into use by the National Immigration Administration (NIA) starting from December 1, 2023. It is affectionately dubbed the "Five-Star Card" due to the addition of five-star elements that symbolize national identity.
According to Robert Geldner, obtaining the "Five-Star Card" holds profound significance for him. It is not only a great honor but also a vivid reflection of his deep-rooted connections with China and Zhuzhou City. This card endows him not just rights, but also profound responsibilities and obligations. He will remain unwavering in his commitment to contributing to this land through technological exchange and cooperation.
