On Sep. 9th, the scheme design for CR240EG dump truck for plateau mining and CR150H hybrid mine dump truck has passed the company-level review.
Shi Jianfei, the Deputy General Manager, attended the review conference. Zhang Zhihe, the Chief Expert of CRRC and the Technical Director of the research institute, served as the leader of the review team, and 24 experts from 18 divisions of the company served as the judges as well.
On the conference, the R&D team members introduced the project in detail from the project source and introduction, design basis, overall scheme description, technical innovation points, adaptability improvement, platform optimization and other aspects. The review experts put forward the existing problems and optimization direction from the view of different disciplines, suggested to fully consider the demands of users, try to use the existing and mature technology, control the development cost and improve the market competitiveness of R&D products. Moreover, Shi Jianfei proposed some adaptive improvement suggestions for the project from the perspective of the operation of CR240E and CR330E mining truck and requirements of the Mine Party.
CR240EG dump truck for plateau mining and CR150H hybrid mine dump truck are first two models independently and positively designed by the mining truck R&D research team of research institute. The scheme design has passed the company-level review, which further improved the company's design ability of mining truck and laid a solid foundation for the company to expand the mining truck business.
In view of various difficulties such as heavy design tasks, limited time and technical difficulties, the R&D team members faced the difficulties and carried out the strength calculation, wiring, hydraulics, cargo box, heat dissipation and other design works, verified the interface of each component again and again, approved the installation dimension and modified the scheme. With the concerted efforts of the team, the scheme design of these two models successfully passed the company-level review, and their efforts were recognized by the review experts accordingly.
