In October, the assembly and commissioning of“Big Mac”mining truck, CR330E, developed by our company, has been successfully completed at the production site of China Coal Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine. Now, the no-load, half-load and full-load tests have been started and all the tests will be successfully finished on Oct. 21st before the test run.
On Oct. 22nd, China Coal Pingshuo Group organized the related experts from Electromechanical Management Center, East Open-pit Mine and Luwei Center to go to the site and conduct an on-site review on the status of CR330E mining truck, accompanied by the staffs of our company on the site. After the approval by the Mine Party, CR330E mining truck was officially incorporated into the mine production fleet, and the one-year industrial test was begun to carry out.
Considering the operation adaptability of the new model in the mine, two days of single-shift half-load operation, from Oct. 23rd to Oct. 24th, was arranged by the Mine Party, which has run in a good condition. Since Oct. 25th, the car has officially started to enter the “white and black” full load operation mode.
Three shift full - load operation is the most important test item in industrial test, which can fully verify the key technology and performance of the whole design concept of mining truck. In order to ensure the smooth development of industrial test, the Mine Equipment Division of the company has organized the staffs from Design, Process and After-sales Department to go to the front line and join in every link of the industrial tests in the whole process, carefully perform technical services and guidance, communicate and discuss technical problems encountered in the process of on-site assembly in a timely manner, comprehensively analyze the root causes of each problem, think carefully about the problems and propose solutions for them.
