On Dec. 31st, 2020, the first 300t CR330E electric wheel mine dump truck with fully independent intellectual property rights developed by our company was ignited successively, indicating an important breakthrough of our company in the domestic development of large tonnage mining truck.
This mining truck is a kind of off-highway vehicle, with rated load of 300T, stowage capacity of 210 m3, and maximum speed up to 58km/h, which can widely meet the transportation needs of large open-pit mining, key water conservancy and hydropower projects and other complex ground conditions. By adopting international advanced engine technology, and combined with self-designed electric drive and electronic control system, this model can realize the efficient linkage between traction motor and control system. With a lightweight design, the main frame is flexibly connected to the powertrain to improve the reliability and durability while facilitating the maintenance of equipment. In additional, it is also equipped with weighing system, automatic fire extinguishing system, etc., which can obtain real-time data of vehicle operation through modern visual system, greatly improving the level of intelligence.
Relying on the advantages of CRRC's advantages in equipment manufacturing and product supporting, we are continuing to promote the localization process of mining truck component. All the core components including converter cabinet, resistance cabinet, wheel reducer, main generator and traction motor used by CR330E mining truck are internally provided by CRRC.
