On Dec. 11th, CR240E electric drive mine dump truck developed by our company has successfully passed the final review of industrial test performance certification of Anshan Iron & Steel Group after completing the one-year industrial test, and obtained the product technical quality certificate certified by Ansteel Group Mining Corporate, revealing that China's first deep domestic mining truck product with fully independent intellectual property rights has been recognized by customers and is fully capable of operating in the mine.
CR240E mining truck has been delivered to Qidashan Iron Mine on Aug. 29th, and successively experienced the stages of vehicle assembly, system commissioning, no-load operation, half-load operation and formal operation, and successfully completed the one-year industrial test on Nov. 22nd. In order to ensure the orderly development of industrial tests, the Mining Equipment Department has formulated a detailed project, actively coordinated with relevant units, organized maintenance personnel and technicians to stay in the mine to provide technical support throughout the whole process, actively responded to various suggestions and opinions put forward by the Mine Party, rapidly rectified the problems and continuously improved the quality of products and services.
CR240E mining truck is mainly used for the transportation of the stripped layer rocks in Qidashan Iron Mine, which has long heavy-load climbing distance, and has been tested by the harsh operating environment such as high temperature, dry, low temperature, rain and snow. With a driving distance of nearly 20000 kilometers and an operable rate of more than 98%, it can fully meet the production requirements of open-air mines. During the test, we’ve also invited the National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center to conduct a third party inspection of the car, and the test results fully meet the requirements of the national standards for electric drive mine dump truck.
After one year’s use, we have tracked and recorded the various operation data of CR240E mining truck together with Qidashan Iron Mine, and formulated relatively detailed test record.
