6th December, Xi’an-Chengdu high-speed train, which equips with CRH3A EMU, started operating officially. As the whole electrical transmission system supplier, CRRC Yongji Electric Co., Ltd organized a group named “two cities own the common core, creators of high-speed railway’s heart”------ first operation experiencing group, which includes managers, technicians, manufacture staffs that add up to 10 people, and they took first operation EMU D4251 from Xi’an to Chengdu, had a brand new experience of operation situation of CRRC Yongji’s electric transmission system, understood evaluations and feelings towards taking high-speed train from the public, and listened users’ comments and suggestions in the process of using products.
The electric transmission system of CRH3A EMU is developed and provided by CRRC Yongji with completely independent intellectual property. With the highlighted advantages of high reliability, redundancy and overload capacity by optimized design, a number of innovations has been realized and high power has been achieved to totally meet the requirement of operation of Xi’an-Chengdu high-speed train.
Along the way, the members of the experiencing group actively communicated and exchanged views with the leaders of National Railway Administration Xi’an Bureau to understand the application that the electric transmission system working on CRH3A.
