On May 10, the “2026 China Brand Value Evaluation Information Release” event, hosted by the China Council for Brand Development and the Xinhua News Agency Brand Office, was held in Deqing, Zhejiang Province. CRRC reached a new record high in brand value of RMB 210.201 billion, with a brand strength score of 970. It has been ranked No. 1 in brand value in China’s machinery and equipment manufacturing sector for multiple consecutive years.


The “China Brand Value Evaluation Information Release” is a public-interest event jointly organized by the China Council for Brand Development and relevant authoritative institutions. It is conducted in accordance with international and national standards for brand evaluation. The event has been held for 13 consecutive years and has received broad attention and recognition from across society.
CRRC’s independent sub-brands, Times New Material and Vontron Technology, were also included on the list, with brand values of RMB 3.538 billion and RMB 1.307 billion, respectively, once again listed in the brand value ranking for China’s independent innovation sector.
Wang An, Deputy Party Secretary of CRRC Group, was invited to attend the event and participated in the release of the “2026 China Brand Day · Brand Fair Competition Initiative.” As one of the corporate guests, he joined others in reading out the initiative.
At the Second World Brand Conference and the ceremony marking World Brand Day’s official presence in Hong Kong, held on the same day, CRRC was listed among the “Top 100 Chinese Brands in Global Competitiveness.” CRRC’s Times New Material was also included among the “Top 50 Chinese Brands as Global Single-Category Leaders.”

The “Top 100 Chinese Brands in Global Competitiveness” and “Top 50 Chinese Brands as Global Single-Category Leaders” lists are based on the “five-factor” framework of ISO international brand valuation standards. They were jointly evaluated by the China International Brand Academy and relevant authoritative institutions across dimensions such as global expansion capability, innovation, and market competitiveness. Companies selected for the lists represent internationally advanced standards in their respective industries.
