On May 13, the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO) announced the results of the 2024 Best Practice in Investor Relations Management awards in Beijing. CRRC was selected as a “Best Practice Case” for its outstanding performance.
CAPCO, a national self-regulatory organization under the supervision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), conducted a comprehensive evaluation of listed companies. The selection process combined both objective and subjective assessments, reviewing the content, approach, organization, and implementation of investor relations (IR) efforts, alongside actual outcomes. The initiative aims to provide reference models for other listed companies and promote the high-quality development of investor relations in China's capital markets.
Effective IR management is a key mechanism for healthy engagement between listed companies and investors, and plays a vital role in safeguarding investor rights. Since its public listing, CRRC has consistently prioritized investor relations. The company organizes a wide range of high-quality engagement activities, ensuring timely and accurate updates on major projects, technological achievements, and strategic developments. By actively listening to investor feedback, CRRC helps the market better understand the company's value and supports its sustainable growth.
Being named a Best Practice Case reflects strong recognition from a leading industry organization for CRRC’s efforts in information disclosure and investor engagement. CRRC has previously received the top-tier A rating in the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s annual information disclosure evaluation for nine consecutive years. It has also won multiple awards including the “Tianma Award,” the “Golden Bull Award for Most Valuable Investment,” and the “Golden Information Disclosure Award.”
Looking ahead, CRRC will continue to implement the latest “New Nine Guidelines” for capital markets, uphold high-quality development as a central theme, and remain committed to innovation, reform-driven empowerment, and long-term value creation. The company will further enhance its disclosure practices and investor communication, striving to build an investor relationship that is open, transparent, responsive, and interactive—delivering strong business performance to benefit both society and shareholders.
