On May 10–11, the 2025 World Brand Moganshan Conference opened in Deqing, Zhejiang Province. During the event, the China Council for Brand Development and the China Appraisal Society jointly released the 2025 China Brand Value Evaluation Rankings. CRRC Corporation Limited once again secured the top spot in China’s machinery and equipment manufacturing sector, with a brand value of RMB 201.09 billion and a brand strength score of 960.
Two of CRRC’s listed subsidiaries—Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology (Times New Material) and Vontron Technology—also made the list, ranking 8th and 31st respectively in the brand value rankings for China’s independent innovation sector, with brand values of RMB 3.20 billion and RMB 1.29 billion. This reflects a strong synergy between the parent brand and its subsidiaries.
The “China Brand Value Evaluation Information Release,” now in its twelfth year, is a public-interest initiative jointly organized by the China Council for Brand Development and other authoritative institutions. It adheres to international and national standards and follows the principles of scientific methodology, fairness, transparency, and public credibility. The program has gained wide recognition and attention across society.
Wang An, Deputy Party Secretary of CRRC Corporation Limited, attended the event, participated in a dialogue session with enterprise representatives, and shared a brand story titled "Measuring the World Through Service, Connecting the Future Through Craftsmanship.” He also unveiled the ceremony for the inclusion of exemplary brand value cases in the national database.
In recent years, CRRC has earnestly implemented President Xi Jinping’s key directives on brand development, including accelerating the "three transformations” and building world-class enterprises known for outstanding brands. CRRC has continued to focus on innovation, quality, service, tangible assets, and intangible assets—treating brand value as the top indicator of its 14th Five-Year Plan brand strategy and a driving force for enterprise influence.
The year 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of CRRC’s reorganization. Over the past decade, CRRC has remained committed to creating a national brand and establishing China’s global image. CRRC Party Secretary and Chairman Sun Yongcai proposed the "12345” brand strategy framework to encapsulate the core values and spirit of the CRRC brand, integrating it throughout the value chain. CRRC’s brand value has risen steadily—from RMB 109.37 billion at inception to surpassing RMB 200 billion today—earning widespread recognition.
Looking ahead, CRRC will continue to pursue world-class brand excellence, advancing from a "national name card” to a global brand leader.
During the event, CRRC received multiple honors, including “Outstanding Case of International Communication by Chinese Enterprises” from Xinhua Reference News, "Excellent Case in the Five Elements of Brand Value” from the China Council for Brand Development, and selection into the China Brand Value Promotion Team.
A total of 1,068 brands participated in this year’s evaluation, representing leading enterprises across major sectors. Brand value information was released for 779 brands, with a combined total value of RMB 12.79 trillion—up RMB 198.60 billion from last year. Of these, 27 brands exceeded RMB 100 billion in brand value, and 15, including CRRC, surpassed RMB 200 billion.
