A standout example comes from CRRC Qingdao Sifang, which has integrated advanced industrial internet and AI technologies to establish a smart network that connects equipment and management systems across the entire production process. The result is a regional manufacturing command center enabling end-to-end digital control — from R&D and material supply to production, quality inspection, and operations.
This transformation has eliminated data silos, shortened R&D cycles by 30%, improved manufacturing efficiency by 20%, and cut energy consumption by 30% — setting a new benchmark for intelligent factories.
