To further implement the “Caring Action” for female employees, effectively address their mental health, improve psychological resilience, reduce work-life stress, and boost work enthusiasm, the company’s trade union organized a psychological health counseling session. The event was conducted in a hybrid format (both online and offline), with the theme “Caring for ‘Her’ Life, Inspiring ‘Her’ Passion.” The aim of this activity was to analyze the complex relationship between cognition, behavior, and emotions, providing effective strategies for emotional self-check and stress relief. It also guided participants to experience a profound journey of “quickly charging” their physical and mental energy and empowering themselves.

At the beginning of the event, Teacher Junyue led everyone into the mysterious garden of emotions to explore the desire for love hidden behind each emotion. It turned out that anger might be calling for respect, sadness might be seeking understanding, and anxiety could be a plea for future security. When we interpret emotions with love and understanding, we open the door to healing.

Instructor Junyue introduced the transformative power of mandalas—demonstrating how this ancient art form can offer an emotional outlet. Each stroke on the paper becomes a form of expression and release, with the mandala acting as a silent companion that absorbs and transforms unspoken pressures, fatigue, and frustrations, turning intangible emotions into vibrant, tangible colors.

The most touching moment came when the mandala artworks were interpreted. Each piece was a unique confession of the soul—some bold, others reserved; some vibrant, others tranquil. Behind the seemingly abstract shapes and colors, we saw their resilience in the workplace, their passion for life, their deepest desires, and the self-power they had yet to fully recognize.

This was not just an art therapy session, but a spiritual awakening and a warm, profound emotional connection between women. May the peace and strength found within the mandalas accompany them through every workplace challenge and life moment, like a beacon, illuminating all the corners of their hearts.

In the future, the company’s labor union will take this opportunity to continue deepening its focus on employee mental health care. By addressing the specific needs and characteristics of female employees, the union plans to organize more diverse and targeted mental health initiatives. The goal is to build a comprehensive, multi-level support system for employee well-being.
