According to the annual health and safety-related situation, the salary of senior executives and principal persons in charge of the Company is adjusted to facilitate the work enthusiasm of senior executives and principal persons in charge of the Company, improve the health and safety performance, and promote the realization of the relevant objectives as planned and orderly.
According to the Management Measures for Performance Assessment of Central Enterprise Leaders, if any major or above production safety responsibility accident occurs, the enterprise leader’s points shall be deducted according to the regulations depending on the seriousness. The results level of annual business performance assessment depend on the comprehensive score of enterprise assessment.
And CRRC has revised the Measures for Rewards and Punishments of Safety Production in accordance with the Implementation Rules for Safety Production Assessment of Central Enterprises, which clarifies the requirements of performance assessment. According to the requirements of the assessment implementation rules, if any production safety accidents occur during the assessment year, the annual business performance assessment results of the responsible person will be downgraded or deducted points. In the Measures for Rewards and Punishments of Safety Production, the salary of the main safety responsible person is linked to health and safety performance, promoting the effective implementation of the main responsibility of safety production and the comprehensive improvement of safety production performance.
