  CRRC focuses on the employees’ career requirements, expands the development channels, improves the talent training system and provides support to the talent development, which allows the employees to show their talents in CRRC.

  The Company has deeply implemented the strategy of strengthening the country with talents and strengthening enterprises with talents, coordinated the development of different types of talent training, issued and implemented the 2023 CRRC Training Plan, which includes the themes of technological talents, management practices and excellent leadership. In 2023, 68 group-level professional training such as digitalization and internationalization has been held. The training ratio of all employees in the Group reaches 100%. Talent training covers all employees (including part-time and contractors) .

  What’s more, the Company supports the employees’ professional development and obtaining the degrees and professional certificates. CRRC has promoted the joint training of engineering master's and doctoral students for the Grade 2022 and 2023, and issued the Notice on Conducting the Selection and Recommendation of In-Service Engineering Doctorates for CRRC in 2024. On the basis of the principles of "voluntary registration, selective recommendation, strict assessment, and fairness and impartiality", it will carry out the selection of Grade 2024 engineering master's and doctoral students. The employees with rich practical engineering experience who have presided over or served as core members in the major engineering research projects will be recommended for further education. Deeply implement the spirit of the CRRC Talent Conference, accelerate the construction of CRRC talent highland and continuously build an outstanding team of engineers. The selection of joint training programs of school and enterprise covers all employees.
