Mr. Ma was Vice General Manager, and Vice Chairman/General Manager/Deputy Party Secretary of CSR Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd., and was Director, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd. Mr. Ma has been a member of the CPC Standing Committee and Vice President of the Company since October 2019.
