On August 31, the No. C776 Fuxing EMU departed from Chengdu West Railway Station to Songpan Railway Station, marking the passenger service of new "Fuxing" EMU on the Sichuan-Qinghai Railway that launched for the first time.
On August 30, the section between Zhenjiangguan and Huangshengguan of the Sichuan-Qinghai Railway was officially opened to traffic, and the CR200J-D Fuxing EMU jointly developed by CRRC ZELC and CRRC Nanjing Puzhen was put into operation.
With its revenue service, the CR200J-D Fuxing EMUs become an important fleet for Zhenjiangguan–Huangshengguan line.
