On July 15,2024, new employees graduating from 86 universities at home and abroad came to the CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as CRRC ZELC) for registration. At the registration site,they handled the admission procedure, received elaborate gift packages, did the intangible cultural heritage — rubbings, and had a general understanding of products and association activities of the company.
On July 16, 2024, the CRRC ZELC held the 2024 welcome conference and the 2023 commendation conference for probationers .
In the afternoon, parents of some new employees were invited to visit the company. They came to the production site for learning about the reform course of the company and witnessing the charm of science and technology.
